Raksa Online App is a digital application service from PT Asuransi Raksa that makes it easy for you to access various services from Asuransi Raksa. You can access a wide range of services through the Raksa Online App, from purchasing insurance, renewing insurance, submitting claims, 24-Hour Emergency Hotline, and upgrading your asset protection. Download the Raksa Online App on the App Store or Play Store.

Raksa Online has provided the best facilities to provide convenience and shorten the time for customers starting from registration, approval confirmation, support services to insurance claims themselves. Just by using the Raksa App, customers can do it Online. Raksa App provides features that meet customer needs as follows:
  • Claim Service Location: With the claim service location feature you can find the nearest Raksa branch office to your location.

  • Claim Status: The claim status feature will make it easy for you to check the status of your claim and towing assistance.

  • Claim Submission: The claim submission feature will help you submit claims online. You just need to follow the steps in the Raksa App.

  • Towing Assistance: With the towing assistance feature, you can easily request towing assistance anywhere and anytime.

  • 24-Hour Service: With the 24-hour service feature, you can find out when we want to be contacted by Miss Raksa.

  • Download the Application

  • Register by entering your email and new password

  • Enter the verification code from your email

  • Then select "Send"

  • Once you have successfully logged in, you can enjoy the features available in the Raksa App

  • Click "My Info" on the app's home screen.

  • Fill in your personal data in the provided fields.

  • When finished, select "Save".

  • Next, enter your Policy Number by clicking "Register Policy No."

  • To add a Policy Number there are 4 options:
    1. Claim No. + Vehicle Plate No.
    2. Policy No. + Verification Code
    3. Policy No. + Chassis No.
    4. Financing Contract No. + Chassis No.

  • Choose one, then enter your Policy Number in the available field.

  • Once registered, you can see whether your policy status is active or has expired.

  • Click "Claim Submission".

  • Fill in the accident information.

  • If a third party is involved, fill in the third party involvement data.

  • Go to the next page by filling in the location of the accident.

  • On the following page, fill in the reporter's data.

  • Fill in the vehicle driver's data at the time of the accident.

  • Upload photos of ID card, vehicle registration, driver's license, and Police Certificate (if required) belonging to the policyholder, reporter and driver.

  • Upload photos of damage to your vehicle and a diagram of the accident.

  • On the next page, draw the chronology of the incident.

  • Finally, fill in witness data if any.

  • After following the steps above, your Claim Number will be issued shortly and you can view it in the claim status feature.

  • Click "Claim Service Location" on the app's home screen

  • After that, you can choose the nearest claim service location to you.

  • Click the location icon to direct you to the destination.

  • Then select "Send"

  • You can also call the service office by clicking the phone icon in each service office column.

  • Click "Claim Status" on the app's home screen

  • Select "Claim" to view your claim status

  • Select "Towing Assistance" to view the progress of your towing assistance

  • Click "Towing Assistance" on the app's home screen

  • Choose one address to use, there are 3 options:
    1. According to GPS address
    2. According to policyholder's address
    3. New address

  • You can choose according to the location of the vehicle to be towed.

  • Next, select your vehicle's condition such as stalled, weak battery, out of fuel, and others.

  • If you want to submit a claim, check the question "Do you want to make a claim?"

  • Then click "Request Towing"

  • Click "24-Hour Service" on the app's home screen

  • Select "Raksa 24 Hours" to contact Miss Raksa

  • Select "Contact Me" to schedule when you want to be contacted

  • Click the green button and select the information you need

  • Next, you can schedule when you want to be contacted

  • Click "Send" and Miss Raksa will contact you according to the scheduled time

Click "Claim Status" on the app's home screen

  • Select "Claim" to view your claim status

  • Select "Towing Assistance" to view the progress of your towing assistance
