Insurance Claims Submission

3 Simple Steps to Submit a Claim

Report

Report any damage or incident through our app or by contacting our customer service.

Survey

Our team will conduct a survey to assess the damage and determine the appropriate repair steps.

Repair

Once the survey is complete, we will begin the repair process and provide regular updates.

Report Your Claim

Report the incident within a maximum of 5 x 24 hours, either verbally or in writing, to Asuransi Raksa. You may submit the report by visiting the nearest Raksa office or through the Raksa 24-Hour Hotline at 021-7226865 or 0858-8555-8555 (WhatsApp Only). You can now also submit a claim anytime, anywhere through the Raksa Online Website by filling in the form below, or via the Raksa Online App available on the App Store and Play Store.

Complete the Claims Form

The incident form contains an explanation and chronology of the event you experienced, and will serve as a reference for our surveyors when conducting their damage assessment. Please ensure that the report you submit is consistent with the facts that occurred.

Vehicle Survey

The survey is conducted to confirm the report you have submitted, ensuring consistency between the described incident and the actual damage. During this survey, the own risk amount that must be paid at the time of repair at the workshop is also determined.

E-SPK Issuance

The electronic Work Order will be sent via WhatsApp or email. The E-SPK will be used as an authorization to carry out vehicle repairs. It can be issued immediately after the vehicle is surveyed and all documents are declared complete. Your vehicle may be brought to the workshop with the E-SPK document, noting that the validity period of the E-SPK is 30 days.

Bring Your Car to the Workshop

Your car may now be brought to the designated workshop as specified in the E-SPK. You only need to wait until the repair process is complete, and do not forget to pay the own risk amount that has been determined. Prepare the required documents: the policyholder's ID card, the driver's license at the time of the incident, the vehicle registration certificate, and a company stamp for policies held under a company name.
