Raksa AutoCare Insurance
Motor Vehicle Insurance or Raksa AutoCare Insurance is protection for your vehicle against all risks that are not excluded under the policy, with guaranteed genuine spare parts throughout Indonesia.


Covers damage or loss caused by an event where the cost of repair, replacement, or restoration to its condition immediately before the damage or loss is ≥ 75% of the actual value, and also covers the loss of a stolen vehicle.

Covers damage caused by collision, crash, overturning, skidding, malicious acts, theft, and fire — for both partial and total losses — unless excluded by the policy.
Riot, Strike, Civil Commotion (RSCC)
Covers loss and/or damage to the motor vehicle caused by riots, strikes, malicious acts, work stoppages, civil disturbances, unarmed popular uprisings or revolutions, and related preventative measures, as well as looting (riots and civil disturbances).
Earthquake, Tsunami, and/or Volcanic Eruption
Covers loss and/or damage to the insured motor vehicle caused by earthquake, tsunami, and/or volcanic eruption.
Personal Accident
Covers bodily injury, death, or medical expenses for the driver and/or passengers inside the motor vehicle directly caused by an accident involving that vehicle as a result of a risk covered by the policy.
PA Driver covers the driver against risks of injury, medical costs, and death caused by an accident while operating the vehicle, up to the maximum limit stated in the policy.
PA Passenger covers passengers against risks of injury, medical costs, and death caused by an accident while travelling in the vehicle, up to the maximum limit stated in the policy.
Third-Party Legal Liability (TPL)
Covers legal liability to a third party for losses accompanied by a third-party claim against the insured, where the loss is directly caused by the insured motor vehicle.
Terrorism & Sabotage
Covers losses arising from the risks of terrorism, sabotage, and/or reasonable precautions against external risks that may cause loss or damage.
STNK/BPKB
Covers the cost of reissuing the vehicle registration (STNK) and/or ownership certificate (BPKB) in the event of loss, damage, etc.
The policy does not cover loss or damage to non-standard equipment unless specifically stated in the policy, including the type, specification, and price.
The actual value of the motor vehicle, which is the sale price obtainable for a vehicle of the same make, type, model, and year in the open market at the time of insurance inception.

Complete Your Data
Complete your details and fill in the Insurance Closure Request Form (SPPA). Our marketing team will guide you through the required information.
Submit Insurance Closure Request
After submitting the insurance closure request, our marketing team will contact you within 1×24 hours on business days.
Survey
Have the vehicle surveyed at your preferred location or at the nearest Raksa office, and submit the required documents along with your consent for insurance inception.
Pay
Once your documents are complete, you will proceed to the payment step — choose your preferred payment method.
Policy
Your policy will be issued shortly.
Report Claim
Report the loss or damage to Asuransi Raksa within 3×24 hours, either verbally or in writing, by calling 021-3859007/08, emailing claim_nonmotor@araksa.com, or visiting the nearest Asuransi Raksa service office.
Minimise Loss
Take all steps within your power to minimise the extent of the loss, destruction, or damage.
Inspection
Preserve the affected area and make it available for inspection by a Raksa representative or surveyor.
Supporting Documents
Submit supporting documents: an official claim submission letter with loss estimate, incident report and chronology, repair cost estimate, detailed record of losses/damage, photos of damage, police report, and any other relevant documents.
Claim Payment
Claim payment will be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of written agreement between the Insurer and the Insured regarding the amount of compensation to be paid.
Premium rates have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Annex IV of the Financial Services Authority Circular Letter No. 6/SEOJK.05/2017 concerning the Determination of Premium or Contribution Rates for Property Insurance and Motor Vehicle Insurance Business Lines in 2017.
