PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara, formerly known as Asuransi Artapala, has been established since 1975. With more than 50 years of experience in the insurance industry, PT Asuransi Raksa has faced many business challenges. Our motto "Wise and Trusted" has been the foundation that has enabled us to navigate the various industry challenges throughout this journey. Ir. Yuna Prabawangi, AAI-K, CRGP

Began his career at Asuransi Raksa in 1991 as a Management Trainee (MT), then continued his professional journey across various fields, from Reinsurance, Marketing, and Motor Claims to Underwriting. In 1997 he was entrusted as Head of the Marketing Division and was appointed Assistant Director in 1998. From 1999 he served as President Director of Asuransi Raksa until 2021, then continued as Senior Advisor until 2026. Drawing on his extensive experience in leading the company, he has again served as President Director of Asuransi Raksa since 2026.

Fredrik Tambunan, S.Pi., AAAI-K, CRMP

Joined Asuransi Raksa in 2010 as a Motor Claims Officer and continued his career in marketing, rising to Head of Marketing Office from 2012 to 2017. In 2020 he was appointed Head of the CSS Division (Motor Claims & Customer Service Division) and Assistant Director. In 2023 he was formally appointed Director of Asuransi Raksa.

Yosoa Putra Raharja, S.Kom., AAAI-K, RMAC

Began his career at Asuransi Raksa in 2015 as a Management Associate. In 2017, he was entrusted with leading the Makassar Marketing Office, and in 2021 he was appointed Head of Marketing Division. His career continued with the role of Assistant Director in 2023, and in 2025 he was formally appointed as Director of Asuransi Raksa.

Anton Wijaya, S.E., AAAI-K, CRMP

Began his career at Asuransi Raksa in 2015 as an Internal Audit Officer. He then moved into finance as a Finance Officer and was entrusted as Head of the Finance Department in 2018. In 2022 he continued his career in marketing as Assistant Director. Since 2026 he has formally served as Director of Asuransi Raksa.

Willy Supandi, S.E., AAAI-K, CRMP

Joined Asuransi Raksa in 2016 as a Finance Controlling Officer. He continued his career as Head of the Finance Controlling Department in 2020 and was entrusted as Head of the Finance Division and Assistant Director from 2021. In 2026 he was formally appointed Director of Asuransi Raksa.

Isti Marlisa Fitriani, S.Kom., RMC

Began her career at Asuransi Raksa in 2019 as a Software Development Officer, focusing on technology development and the company's digital transformation. Owing to her contributions and experience, in 2025 she was entrusted to lead the GoCom Division under the Claims Department as Department Head, and was then appointed Assistant Director. Subsequently, in 2026 she was formally appointed Director of Asuransi Raksa.
