I did not receive my e-policy email. What should I do?

What is the correct policy number format?

A policy number consists of several segments separated by hyphens, for example: 01-M-00001-000-01-2019. You can find it on your previous printed policy or policy documents.

I do not know my vehicle chassis number. Where can I find it?

Your vehicle chassis number is printed on your vehicle registration certificate (STNK) and ownership document (BPKB). For the e-policy, we only need the last 5 digits of the chassis number for identity verification.

Is the e-policy service free of charge?

Yes. The e-policy copy download service from Asuransi Raksa is free for all active policyholders.
