Complete the Data
Complete the data and fill in the Insurance Closing Request Letter (SPPA). Our marketing team will guide you in completing the required data.
Submit the Insurance Closing Request
After submitting the insurance closing request, our marketing team will contact you within 1x24 hours on working days.
Survey
Vehicle survey at the location of your choice or directly at the nearest Raksa office, attaching the required documents and the insurance closing approval.
Pay
After completing the documents, you will proceed to the payment process; choose the method you prefer.
Policy
Your policy will be issued shortly.
Report the Claim
Immediately notify the Insurer by phone at 021-3859007 / 08 or by fax at 021-3859004/05/06 or by email at claim_nonmotor@araksa.com
Inspection
Preserve the affected part and make it available for inspection by a Raksa representative or surveyor.
Supporting Documents
Prepare the required documents: Copy of the Policy, Official Claim Submission Letter stating the claimed value, Incident Report / Chronology of Events, photos of the incident and damage, Police Report Letter, and other documents relevant to the claim settlement.
