Permanent disability
The amount of compensation depends on the type of disability suffered by the insured person according to the percentage listed in the Compensation Table. If the Insured suffers more than one type of permanent disability, the compensation provided is the largest amount from one of the coverages listed in the Compensation Table
Medical expenses
Maximum compensation equal to the expenses incurred, with a maximum of 10% of the Death Sum Insured.
War, conditions resembling war, popular uprising, revolution, rebellion, military force, invasion, civil war, seizure of power
Nuclear reaction
Involvement in military activities, dangerous sports and/or martial arts
Participation in air travel outside of regular flights
Suicide, attempted suicide, self-harm, or the Insured being mentally disturbed
AIDS or AIDS Related Complex
Voluntarily participating in dangerous activities, committing criminal acts, or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Complete Your Data
Complete your data and fill out the Insurance Coverage Request Letter (SPPA). Our marketing team will guide you in completing the required data.
Submit Insurance Coverage Request
After submitting the insurance coverage request, our marketing team will contact you within 1x24 hours on working days.
Report Claim
Submit your claim report within 5x24 hours from the time of the accident. You can report it either verbally or in writing via the number 021-3859007/08 or email to claim_nonmotor@araksa.com and come directly to the nearest Asuransi Raksa service office.
Submit Documents
Submit the documents requested by the Insurer, including: the claim application form along with the chronology of the accident, the original or a photocopy of the policy, a photocopy of the identity card, the official report detailing the accident, and other relevant documents.
Additional Documents (If Required)
If the Insured passes away: the autopsy examination report, a photocopy of the death certificate, and witness statements. If the Insured goes missing: the accident report and termination of search from the authorities as well as a statement from the heirs. If the Insured suffers permanent disability: the medical examination report (Visum) from a doctor and witness statements. Original receipts of treatment costs.
