The premium rate for Raksa Earthquake Insurance / Earthquake Insurance refers to Appendix III of the Financial Services Authority Circular Letter Number 6/SEOJK.05/2017 on the Determination of Premium Rates or Contributions for the Property Insurance and Motor Vehicle Insurance lines of business in 2017.

Complete Data
Complete the data and fill out the Insurance Purchase Request Form (SPPA). Our marketing team will guide you in completing the required data.
Submit Insurance Purchase Request
After submitting the insurance purchase request, our marketing team will contact you within 1x24 hours on working days.
Survey
Vehicle survey at the location of your choice or directly at the nearest Raksa office, and attach the required documents along with approval of the insurance purchase.
Policy
Your policy will be issued shortly.
Report Claim
Immediately submit a claim report within 7x24 hours, providing a written statement detailing the circumstances of the loss / damage to Asuransi Raksa.
File a Claim for Compensation
No later than 12 (twelve) months from the occurrence of the loss and or damage, file a claim for compensation with the Insurer regarding the amount of loss suffered.
Prepare Supporting Documents
Prepare the required documents, among others as follows:
Official claim submission letter
Copy of the policy, incident report along with related photos, and a Statement Letter regarding the loss event from the Village Head or Sub-district Head or local Police Chief
Official Report from the local Police Chief or a Statement Letter from the Village Head or Sub-district Head regarding the event
A detailed and as complete as possible report on the circumstances of the loss / damage
