The Premium Rate for fire risk and the Flood coverage extension refers to Appendix I and Appendix II of Financial Services Authority Circular Letter Number 6/SEOJK.05/2017 concerning the determination of Premium Rates or Contributions in the Property Insurance and Motor Vehicle Insurance business lines for 2017.

Complete Your Data
Complete your data and fill out the Insurance Closing Request Form (SPPA). Our marketing team will guide you in completing the required data.
Submit the Insurance Closing Request
After submitting the insurance closing request, our marketing team will contact you within 1x24 hours on working days.
Survey
A vehicle survey at the location of your choice or directly at the nearest Raksa office, and attach the required documents as well as the insurance closing approval.
Pay
After completing your documents, you will enter the payment process; choose the method you prefer.
Policy
Your policy will be issued shortly.
Report the Claim
Promptly submit a claim report regarding the loss/damage to Asuransi Raksa within 3 x 24 hours. You may report it either verbally or in writing via the number 021-3859007/08 or by email to claim_nonmotor@araksa.com and come directly to the nearest Asuransi Raksa service office.
Minimize the Loss
Take all steps within your power to minimize the level of loss, destruction, or damage.
Inspection
Preserve the affected part and make it available for inspection by a Raksa representative or surveyor.
Supporting Documents
Submit supporting documents: an official claim submission letter with an estimate of the loss, an incident report & chronology, a repair cost estimate from the contractor, a detailed record of the loss/damage, photos of the damage, the Police Report, and other relevant documents.
Claim Payment
Claim payment will be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the written agreement between the Insurer and the Insured regarding the amount of compensation to be paid.
