  • Insert your ATM card & PIN

Credit Card (Full or Installment):

BNI Virtual Account:

  • Log in to BNI Mobile Banking

  • Enter the 16-digit VA number from the debit note

If you are late paying your insurance premium, your policy remains active during a grace period of 14 calendar days from the policy issuance date.

You can obtain a reference for the car's market value from various trusted sources such as authorized dealers, showrooms, vehicle advertisements, online media, or other automotive platforms.

The price of the car to be insured must match the current market value (actual value). In addition, when you perform a premium simulation at Raksa Online, the system will provide a recommended price from Asuransi Raksa as a reference.

Raksa Online provides several payment methods that you can choose according to your needs, including:

  1. Report: Report the incident within a maximum of 5 x 24 hours, either verbally or in writing, to Asuransi Raksa. You can report by:
    • Visiting the nearest Raksa office directly

    • Through the Raksa Online app, which can be downloaded from the App Store and Play Store
  2. Fill Out the Incident Form: This form contains an explanation and chronology of the incident. Make sure the information matches the facts on the ground, as it will be used by the surveyor during the inspection.
  3. Survey: The surveyor will inspect the vehicle to confirm the report. At this stage, the amount of Own Risk (OR) you must pay during the repair will also be determined.
  4. SPK Issued: The Work Order (SPK) will be issued after the documents are complete and the survey is finished. The SPK is valid for 30 days.
  5. Bring It to the Workshop: Bring your car to the designated workshop along with the SPK. Hand over the repair process to the workshop and pay the OR according to the terms.

Deductible or Own Risk (OR) is an amount of money that must be paid by the policyholder each time they file a claim for vehicle damage.

In Indonesia, the applicable deductible/own risk amount is generally a minimum of Rp300,000 per incident. This cost is paid directly to the workshop when the vehicle repair process is carried out.

To file a vehicle insurance claim, you need to prepare the following documents:

  • The insured's KTP
  • The driver's SIM at the time of the incident
  • Vehicle STNK
  • Company (PT) stamp (if the policy is under a company/PT name)
  • A statement letter from the local police (for cases of theft, accident, or malicious acts by others)

SPK or Work Order (Surat Perintah Kerja) is a document issued by Asuransi Raksa to the customer after a claim has been approved and the survey results state that the vehicle can be repaired.

The SPK is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
