Non-Auto Claim Submission Procedure

Report the Claim

Promptly submit a claim report within 3 x 24 hours regarding the loss / damage to Asuransi Raksa.

Minimize the Loss

You may take all steps within your power to minimize the extent of the loss, destruction, or damage.

Inspection

You keep the affected part and make it available for inspection by a Raksa representative or surveyor.

Supporting Documents

You submit the following supporting documents:

  • Official claim submission letter accompanied by an estimate of the loss

  • Incident report & chronology of events

  • Repair cost estimate from a contractor if any property has been damaged

  • A detailed and as complete as possible report about all aspects of the loss / damage

  • Photos of the damage

  • Police Report Letter

  • Other relevant documents related to the claim settlement

Claim Payment

Claim payment will be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the written agreement between the Insurer and the Insured regarding the amount of compensation to be paid.
