Claim Submission Procedure

Report the Claim

Promptly submit your claim report within 7 calendar days, providing a written statement describing the loss / damage to Asuransi Raksa.

Indemnity Claim

No later than 12 (twelve) months from the occurrence of the loss and/or damage, submit an indemnity claim to the Insurer regarding the amount of loss incurred.

Supporting Documents

Prepare supporting documents, including the following:

  • Official claim submission letter

  • A copy of the policy, an incident report with related photos, and a Statement Letter regarding the loss event from the local Village Head, Sub-district Head, or Chief of Police

  • A detailed and as complete as possible report on all matters concerning the loss / damage

  • Other supporting claim documents

Claim Payment

Claim payment will be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the written agreement between the Insurer and the Insured on the amount of compensation payable.


Fire Claim Payout Amount
  • In the event of loss or damage to the insured property and interests, the compensation that becomes our liability is at most equal to the Sum Insured

  • Price determination is based on the actual value of the insured property immediately before the loss or damage, taking into account technical depreciation without adding any profit element (unless a reinstatement value clause applies)

  • The residual value of damaged goods is taken into account in the amount of compensation

  • If at the time of the claim the interest insured under this policy is also covered by another policy, the compensation from this policy will not exceed the proportional level in accordance with the obligations of each of those policies
