Report the Claim
Immediately submit a claim report within 3 x 24 hours regarding the loss / damage to Asuransi Raksa.
Minimize the Loss
You may take all steps within your power to minimize the extent of the loss, destruction, or damage.
Inspection
You keep the affected part intact and make it available for inspection by a representative or surveyor of Raksa.
Supporting Documents
You submit the following supporting documents:
Official claim submission letter accompanied by an estimate of the loss
Incident report & chronology of events
Repair cost estimate from a contractor if any property has been damaged
A detailed and as complete as possible report on all matters related to the loss / damage
Photos of the damage
Police Report Letter
Other relevant documents related to the settlement of the claim
Claim Payment
Claim payment will be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of a written agreement between the Insurer and the Insured regarding the amount of compensation to be paid.
In the event of loss or damage to the insured property and interests, the maximum compensation borne by us is the Sum Insured.
The calculation of the loss amount for this EstateCare policy is based on the cost to rebuild or restore the damage that occurred (Reinstatement), provided that the rebuilding/restoration of the building has been carried out.
The salvage value of the damaged goods is taken into account in the compensation amount.
If at the time of the claim the interests insured under this policy are also covered by another policy, the indemnity from this policy will not exceed the proportional level in accordance with the obligations of each of those policies.
Indemnity during the coverage period of 10% of the sum insured stated in the policy, up to a maximum of Rp100,000,000
For each damage to the building (including locks, doors, windows), indemnity will not exceed Rp1,000,000 per occurrence
The calculation of the loss amount is based on the new price of the lost goods at the time of the incident without deducting depreciation (New for Old Basis)
The salvage value of the damaged goods is taken into account in the compensation amount
If at the time of the claim the interests insured under this policy are also covered by another policy, the indemnity from this policy will not exceed the proportional level in accordance with the obligations of each of those policies
The maximum claim indemnity including legal costs per occurrence does not exceed Rp10,000,000
