Earthquake Insurance

Promptly notify the Insurer, by telephone at 021-3859007/08 or by fax at 021-3859004/05/06 or by email at claim_nonmotor@araksa.com.

At the time loss or damage occurs, the Insured is obliged to:

• As far as possible save the insured property and or interests and allow other parties to help save such property and or interests

• Secure the insured property and or interests that still hold value

• Provide full assistance to the Insurer or other parties appointed by the Insurer to investigate the loss or damage that occurred

Within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the written claim report notification, provide a written statement describing the circumstances of the loss / damage according to what is known or suspected, details of everything lost, damaged or destroyed and also everything not affected by such loss and or damage.

Prepare the required documents, including the following:

• Claim report form

• Copy of the policy

• Official Report from the local Chief of Police or a Statement Letter from the Village Head regarding the event

• A detailed and complete report on the circumstances of the loss / damage

• Other supporting claim documents
